All you have to do is drink water and eat bananas in the morning, but nothing else until lunch.

Why Bananas & How Many Should You Eat?

Bananas are high in resistant starch which resists the process of digestion. It feeds the good bacteria in your gut, thus suppressing your appetite and improving your fat oxidation.

What’s more, one research showed that replacing 5% of your daily carb intake with a resistant starch food can speed up the fat-burning process after a meal by 30%. Also, they are rich in fiber and low in calories.

When it comes to the number of bananas you can eat when following this diet, you can have as many as you need to keep you full but not overloaded. But, remember, you shouldn’t overeat! In that way, your body will have enough time to process the food you eat.

Drink the warm water and wait for an hour before eating a banana. If one banana is not enough for you, eat another one after 20 minutes. But, make sure you choose only raw bananas. According to Watanabe, you should also avoid milk and alcohol during the morning banana diet.
